I'm Fay Chaudhry, a dedicated life coach with 15 years of experience helping those eager for personal growth and change. My coaching is grounded in techniques learned from luminaries such as Paul McKenna and NLP experts Robert Dilts and Richard Bandler. I'm committed to supporting clients as they take meaningful steps to restore wellness and achieve the fulfilling lives they envision.

Participants will develop strategies to interrupt destructive habits and reduce addiction symptoms.
